Model Short Stay Home- Rajagiri College * [x] Sub Collector to call Rajagiri Management and take permission to setup the CCC * [ ] Inform Tahasildar to setup the Center as per Go-Live Checklist. * [ ] Dr Mathew (Palliative Care- Malapuram) and NHM District Programme Manager EKM suggests that Revenue Department Heads the CCC because there is not much health to be maintained here. * [ ] Revenue with support of LSGD could manage the CCC with daily consultation of a doctor/nurse and volunteers in the Center. * [ ] Estimated Time of Completion - ## 3. * [ ] We need to create the Hotline Doctor calls back/gets connected to the Healthcare ProfessionalWhen the call goes back from Doctor to Healthcare professional, there should be an operator who listens into the call and decides based on doctors advice
