# HealthCare System

**Background:**  There is existing data that has been collected by DEOC (District Emergency Operations Center) Ernakulam which contains details of hospitals in the district. This system is currently being run on a Google Spreadsheet and needs to be ported to the CoronaSafe Network.\

The SDMA has also entered some details of the hospital bed capacity using Volunteers.\
\
The following steps are to be done to create a single integrated system for the district that will be run by the hospitals themselves.\
\
The work is being done in two stages.\
\
**Stages - 1** Create a system that would go live from 28th March 2020 with existing information to collect data of Hospitals, Beds (Normal/ICU/Ventilators) and Doctor Count\
\
**Stages - 2** New Covid Triage Forms are included into the system\
\
**Stages - 3** Port the data that has been collected by DEOC into the system.\
\
**The following steps are done in Stage - 1**

* [ ] **The database of Ernakulam district will be wiped clean after taking a back-up.**
* [ ] **Setup Registration/User Flow videos in all the pages**
* [ ] **DEOC tests the system and approves it**
* [ ] **DEOC will send the link to register to all hospitals**
* [ ] **Hospitals will enter the data and confirm to DEOC.**
* [ ] **System is confirmed to be Live to Collector.**
